This week I had a surgery meeting with the MP for Bath, Ben Howlett. Somehow, I had expected him to recoil at the thought of kids suffering through his Party’s policies.
Of course he didn’t. When I asked him straight out if he agreed that children should be denied subsistence benefits as per benefit cap and/or third child policy he sat there in front of me and said “Yes, I do.”
